Especially helpful staff, had very good stay!!!

its location close to lauging dog brewery was decent. i was happy to find pho ying, it was relatively near the hotel and served nice food. well-equipped rooms had central heating, a work desk, and a tv set.

Overall it was beautifully decorated with a pull out sofa bed. The rate was $ 79. The location was decent and convenient, just a pleasant stroll away from Waves Indoor Waterpark. The area was shopping close to Yoke supermarket and Spokane.

It was in a central setting to Sandpoint downtown.

icemachine was at the very top[ of a stairwell,we were on the groundfloor about a couple of hundred yards away. it was rough for senior citizens. The rustic furniture was made of tree limbs, seemed desigtned by either granny of the Beverly Hillbillies or Fred Flintstone. The head board was very bad, my head went through the "limbs" to rest on the drywall at the back,giving the feeling of being in a primitive wooden cage. My wfies's bed had a broken foundation. The shower was a warm drizzle. The furniture was very heavy and hard to move even the chair,I imagine a nightmare for housekeeping.

I appreciated the friendly personable front desk staff.

The water was shut off during my shower for the rest of the evening. I tried to find an explanation for 45 minutes with no one to be found. Then close to an hour after we lost all water use a man called and said that a pipe had burst and the water would be out for an hour or so longer.. It did not come back on before we went to sleep. We went to bed without being able to wash soap off, brush teeth or flush the toilet. The next morning the manager offered go take a measly 10 bucks off our bill and no more. He was nice, but the gesture really didn't feel sufficient considering the circumstances. I think next time I would spend a little more somewhere else to ensure a decent stay.

Great price, nice room - had everything one needs, nice furnishings, good breakfast, friendly staff, good location.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast included is a nice plus. The location is excellent.

In this particular room (111. I have stayed before in other rooms) the toilet ran all the time and would make flushing sounds, so we had to close bathroom door to minimize the noise at night. As well, the shower did not seem to have enough pressure. I was unable to rinse the shampoo from my hair and the tub didn't drain properly.

Pillows were non-existant. Consisted of fluff only

The rooms were clean and surprisingly spacious, and the staff was super friendly throughout my visit. Breakfast was decent, with freshly baked items and hot coffee.

the hot tub was not functional.

The manager was extremely helpful and solicitous; very congenial. The hotel was close to Sandpoint, my destination, and easy to find. Fair rate.

I wish they had a pool and exercise room.

The rooms were nice and clean. It was nice to have a large flat screen tv in the room.

The pillows were completely lack luster. They were tiny and there were only 2 per bed. I sleep with 2 pillows at night and so does my wife. That would have left none for the kid.
